2) their first attempt to offer a non-English source (the Italian PHB) did not sell well enough to justify the investment in offering D&D products in languages other than English
Well, we could expect a bunch of guys from Quebec plus another bunch from the Hexagon, and a few more from the Caribbean to make representations. ça ferait avancer le Schmilblik.
I DM games in both English and French. I have been waiting for a French edition of 5e for years so that I can play with my kids. Please translate the books and the tools. Thanks.

To be clear: DDB is owned by Fandom, not Wizards of the Coast (aka WOTC). It is WOTC who owns D&D, and who is in charge of translating the books. Originally they contracted out that work, but recently they cancelled most of those contracts (including, I believe the contract for French translations), and decided to do the translations in house. So you need tell WOTC that you want translations: DDB can’t do anything about making the translations happen.
Now, translating the tools is a different matter. That IS up to DDB although it probably has to wait until at least one of the core books is translated, so they know official terms for things like “classes,” “races,” “feats,” etc. And, unfortunately, there is still the matter of it being financially feasible for them to do so.
Please don’t misunderstand: I support the idea of translations being available. While I am a native English speaker, French is near and dear to my heart. I’m just aware of the current limitations.
Hi, why there is no french versions of the product that have already been translated?
Dont know :(
1) licensing issues
2) their first attempt to offer a non-English source (the Italian PHB) did not sell well enough to justify the investment in offering D&D products in languages other than English

Y a-t-il des maîtres de donjon français dans ce fil?
Hello, oui :)
À quel point un jeu de français serait-il difficile à gérer?
With D&D Beyond resources, it would become bilingual, I think.
Yes !
I totally agree with a french translation ! I'm a French DM.

Maybe we would make a petition on change.org ?
If you think there's enough support to overcome what ArwensDaughter listed above then https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000209847-Feature-Requests is the way to do it.
