Telepathic Bond. The fiend ignores the range restriction on its telepathy when communicating with a creature it has charmed. The two don't even need to be on the same plane of existence.
Shapechanger. The fiend can use its action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into its true form. Without wings, the fiend loses its flying speed. Other than its size and speed, its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Claw (Fiend Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Charm. One humanoid the fiend can see within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 day. The charmed target obeys the fiend's verbal or telepathic commands. If the target suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. If the target successfully saves against the effect, or if the effect on it ends, the target is immune to this fiend's Charm for the next 24 hours.
The fiend can have only one target charmed at a time. If it charms another, the effect on the previous target ends.
Draining Kiss. The fiend kisses a creature charmed by it or a willing creature. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw against this magic, taking 32 (5d10 + 5) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Etherealness. The fiend magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa.
I wish you could be one
Maybe in a homebrew game...
Variant Devil Tongue Tiefling + Warlock with Mask of Many Faces (and Master of Myriad forms, once you're high level enough) gets you a lot of the way there, honestly.
In some additions, Incubi and Succubi are distinct species (though obviously related) of Fiend. In others, it’s just the same creature in different forms.

Gratias.
Look man, I know a guy who made a homebrew Incubus race. DM was busy and didn't look over it. There were no failed Charisma checks. Ever.
This would be cool for a homebrew race game debuffed so the player gets plus 3 or something on ability rolling but have them roll for the base number
im playing one literally right now
It’s the edgelord ideal.

Would it be possible for a familiar to be an incubus/succubus? If they’re a fiend? They’d still be in animal form tho.
I don't think so, but who knows?
RAW, the creatures conjured by Find Familiar can be a Fiend.
Also in terms of fluff: a Chain-Pack Warlock’s Imp or Quasit as a miniature Succubus/Incubus (since they can manage a little shapechanging).
My character has a custom feat I call demon heritage.... At level 4 you kinda can be one...... which is kinda op....... but somehow my dungeon master if fine with it.......... ok bye.........
my only question is how is this guy so ripped with a whole 8 in strength, it must be pretty jarring to see this guy who looks like he benches hippos not be able to open a pickle jar
That’s a really good point.
A guy might be disappointed to find out his woman’s bust is fake, but what about the gal who finds out her man’s been faking his whole body?
i am one
You can absolutely have an "all monsters" game as long as you've got a DM who's experienced enough to balance encounters and stuff. It would be a major hassle to tweak it to work well but it may well be worth the time for the novelty of it. Levelling would be done using a variation of the rules in the DM's guide for applying levels to monsters.
All cutting and no building. Looks good, but no energy. When that ripped they have zero fat and are constantly running at a calorie deficit, he can try to lift but just gets too tired to get it off the ground. Flavor backed with a little bit of science.
